Executive certification · 8 weeks · live cohort

Direct the agent.
Own the disclosure.

An eight-week certification in agentic AI for GRI, BRSR and IFRS S1 & S2 reporting.

Reporting cycles that took a quarter now take weeks, in the hands of someone trained to run the workflow. Built by producing real disclosures with AI, not by memorising frameworks.

Why this, why now

The reporting cycle collapsed. The expert’s job did not.

An agent can pull operational data, test it against GRI or BRSR indicators and draft the narrative in the time it used to take to schedule the kickoff. AI does not remove the expert. It raises the bar for what the expert must do: direct the agent, validate the output and own the judgment calls AI cannot make.

That is why every week of this programme ends in something you built and can defend.

How the eight weeks run

One fixed evening. Built to survive a full-time job.

Sunday is the only mandatory live session. Everything else is recorded, asynchronous and designed to be caught up on.

Live class

Sunday, 6 to 8 PM IST

Concept walkthrough and live build, taught by faculty.

Office hours

Wednesday, 8 to 9 PM IST

Bring your own data, roadblocks and BRSR questions.

Build time

5 to 7 hours a week

Self-paced work with templates, recordings and AI tools.

Demo Day

Week 8

Present the capstone to faculty, peers and guest reviewers.

Designed around the job. Every live session is recorded and available immediately. A seat can be paused for one cohort cycle without penalty if work becomes unmanageable.

What you walk out with

Four projects. One portfolio.

The proof points hiring managers and leadership reviews actually ask to see.

1

BRSR draft report

Principle-wise disclosure built from a real dataset.

The single most requested proof point in ESG hiring.
2

Scope 1 to 3 carbon inventory

An AI-assisted model turning operational data into an auditable baseline.

Proves emissions accounting rather than claiming it.
3

Materiality matrix

Stakeholder-informed and GRI-aligned, in board-ready visual form.

Shows judgment, which is what the job tests.
4

ESG reporting agent

A working no-code agent that flags disclosure gaps and drafts language.

The capability almost nobody in the market can demonstrate.

Six capabilities you will have personally produced: draft a full BRSR report, build a GHG inventory in hours, run a materiality assessment, map disclosures to IFRS S1 and S2, design an ESG reporting agent, and present with authority.

The stack and the toolkit

No coding required. Every tool inside a real task.

The stack is taught by using it on a reporting job, never as a tools tour.

LLM copilots

Structured prompting for compliance-grade drafting, summarisation and gap analysis.

No-code agent builders

Multi-step workflows that pull, validate and route ESG data without code.

Data cleaning and automation

Messy spreadsheets and utility bills turned into audit-ready emissions data.

Prompt libraries for ESG

A reusable prompt set mapped to GRI, BRSR and IFRS S1 and S2 requirements.

Visualisation and dashboards

Materiality matrices and emissions trends in board-ready formats.

Version control for reports

Iterative drafts across a live reporting cycle without losing the audit trail.

Templates you keep

GRI content index and trackerBRSR principle-wise workbookMateriality worksheetScope 1 to 3 calculation sheetIFRS S1/S2 templateAI prompt library per frameworkBoard-ready report deckDisclosure gap checklist

The audit trail stays. Version control across a live reporting cycle is part of the method. An agent that cannot show its working is not usable in a disclosure.

Who it is for

Finance-first, not science-first.

GRI and BRSR reporting are regulatory and analytical disciplines, so a finance or compliance background is an advantage, not a gap to fix.

ESG Analyst

Owns data collection, disclosure mapping and reporting support.

ESG / Sustainability Manager

Leads BRSR and GRI cycles and represents ESG in leadership conversations.

Carbon & GHG Specialist

Builds and maintains emissions inventories across Scope 1, 2 and 3.

ESG Advisory Consultant

Supports multiple client organisations through reporting and compliance cycles.

Internal BRSR Owner

Becomes the organisation’s named lead for statutory BRSR compliance.

ESG Data & Automation Lead

Designs and maintains the agentic workflows behind the reporting stack.

NowFluent

Knows the frameworks, has produced nothing.

Week 4Producing

Has drafted a BRSR from a real dataset.

Week 7Automating

Runs an agent that flags disclosure gaps.

AfterOwning

Named lead for the reporting cycle.

Who this is for

Finance and audit professionals, internal auditors, EHS and CSR managers, and CAs, CFAs and MBAs moving into ESG.

Who this is not for

Anyone wanting a certificate without producing the artefacts, or unable to commit one live evening a week.

Frequently asked questions

Before you enrol.

When does the next cohort start, and what do the fees include?

The next cohort starts in the Second week of November 2026. Cohorts run on a rolling basis and seats are confirmed in the order applications are accepted. The fee is ₹69,000 excluding GST, or ₹5,750 a month for twelve months excluding GST, with certification, templates, the AI prompt library and one year of alumni access included.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Every tool is taught inside a real reporting task, and the agent is built without code. If you can build a spreadsheet, you can build the agent.

How much time does it take each week?

Plan for 5 to 7 hours a week. Sunday, 6 to 8 PM IST is the only mandatory live session. Office hours are Wednesday, 8 to 9 PM IST, and the rest is self-paced build time.

What if I miss a live class?

Every live session is recorded and available immediately, and falling a week behind is normal, not disqualifying. A seat can also be paused for one cohort cycle without penalty if work becomes unmanageable.

Who is this programme for?

Finance and audit professionals, internal auditors, EHS and CSR managers, and CAs, CFAs and MBAs moving into ESG. A finance or compliance background is an advantage here, and no environmental science background is required.

Who is it not for?

Anyone wanting a certificate without producing the artefacts, or unable to commit one live evening a week.

What do I leave with?

A four-project portfolio: a BRSR draft report, a Scope 1 to 3 carbon inventory, a materiality matrix and a working ESG reporting agent, plus templates and a prompt library you keep.

Who issues the certification?

ESGPro issues the certification, mapped to GRI, SEBI BRSR and IFRS S1 and S2. It is not a credential of those bodies. It is awarded on all eight weekly artefacts, the four capstone projects and the Demo Day presentation.

Is there a refund or withdrawal option?

Yes. Withdraw within seven days of the cohort starting with no questions asked, or pause your seat for one cycle. Need-based financial assistance is considered on request, so ask before you apply.

Can my company enrol a team?

Yes. Company invoicing and private cohorts on your own reporting data are arranged case by case. Write to us or book a counselling call.

Do you guarantee a job or promotion?

No. Outcomes vary with the work you submit and are not guaranteed. What the programme guarantees is that you will have produced the disclosures yourself.
