Our advisory services are customized to meet the specific sustainability needs of each client. Fees for advisory services are not charged until a formal agreement for the project commencement is established. Once an agreement is in place, all fees paid are non-refundable.
If a project is paused midway due to unforeseen circumstances, ESGProInvest.com will not be liable to refund the amount paid. Payments made are considered as compensation for the work completed up to that point and are mutually agreed upon before project initiation.
15-Day Refund Window: If you are dissatisfied with our SaaS offering for any reason, you may request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.
